How can I get my friend to hide every site he's been banned from?

Max used to be a good person on the internet and he'd never get into fights or impersonate to get banned. He told me on June 18, 2007 he began impersonating ops and he got banned on June 19 from Dejatoons. Since he wanted Op status so badly, he lost his Op status privileges and tried to lie his way to earn it back. He was gravely mistaken and it ended up with him being banned from the serebiiforums for trolling and spamming and he lost his chance to even earn mod status there. He continued it and he ended up permabanned and he followed ops around, stalked them and harassed them which is also why we're banned. He used friends to try to help him instead of taking his punishment and lied and cheated. He's banned from serebii, mIRC, Bulbagarden, Pe2k, Piforums, and a bunch of others. How can he hide them before anyone else notices and says he's sorry so that they'll believe him? What's a good way to clear the history and cache? Does anyone know?
